Cuttyhunk from Westport

Well, I don't have to explain all that has happened to the world since my last post.   I've gotten out to paint a few times this spring and it's been wonderful to drive somewhere and be outdoors without a mask or worries about what I might touch or inhale.    This was last Monday with a small group of painters that meet every Monday from spring through fall.  Cuttyhunk in the distance is one of chain of islands that make up the Elizabeth Islands off the coast of Massachusetts.

Patrick

This is one of the last portraits of 2019.  A remarkable beard and a very still-sitting model.  When this portrait group resumes in February of 2020 we'll be meeting at a new location.  Looking forward to our new space.
